Phan Ngan Animal Care(PAC) A nonprofit organization Run by A Hong Kong based veterinarian DR.Shevaun Gallwey. The center opened September, 2001 with the purpose of improving the quality of life of Koh Phangan animals. When she comes to the island she performs full veterinarian services. There are also two certified veterinarian nurses attending whom provide basic medical attention. Donations are always welcome. |
| Dog Rescue Center Samui (DRCS) PAC's SPONSOR - Run by Brigitte Gomm on Koh Samui, this organization has done wonders to improve the quality of life of Koh Samui’s animals. Through their efforts, the yearly governmental cull (by indiscriminate poisoning) has been avoided on Chaweng beach. More impressively, their work has resulted in Thailand’s first “Rabies Free Zone”! |

Animals Asia PAC's SPONSOR - Run by Jill Robinson in Hong Kong, the AAF has been a forerunner of Asian Animal Welfare improvements. With many projects throughout Asia, the most famous is AAF’s work with the moon bears in China – not only have they succeeded in freeing over 60 bears, they have succeeded in initiating legislation for the protection of these animals country-wide. |
