Hiedi is from Australia. I met her for the first time when I brought medicine from the Dog Rescue Center on Samui to Koh Pha Ngan for her dog Shanti. After, she started helping animals and brought a Vet (DR Somsak DVM) from Samui Island for the first time. Now Hiedi and DR. Shevaun, DVM organized an animal clinic on Kho Pha Ngan.
